Carnival Bingo is bingo, but with an extra interactive twist!

There are 15 unique boards and each has a carnival/sport trophy behind a unique number. Traditional play is the winner must get 5-in-a-row either horizontally, vertically or diagonally to win, but Carnival Bingo allows for an extra level of winning and fun!

WINNING: The person who has 5-in-a-row and calls out "Bingo" wins that Bingo round. Or perhaps in larger groups play continues until three people win a single line of Bingo ... and/or the whole card. Tell the players how many winners there will be before play begins. With clear expectations, people accept the process of "losing". With unclear directions, expect to be challenged!

Winning with a paint swatch: The game becomes more interesting if the Bingo number called is the number with a golden trophy on it! The person covers the number with a Bingo chip and shouts out "Trophy" or "Ace" or "(Sport) Champion" or "Best Clown in the Circus", you decide! Best to let seniors know what to call out. Then that person gets an extra Bingo point, a piece of candy, or maybe just does the "I'm a Winner" Bingo Dance! Tell people in advance about the golden trophy, what to call it, and what it means for points or bonuses! Affirm every 5-in-a-row or trophy winner. You'll keep the energy high that way, the whole purpose of playing Bingo!
